I AM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER AND THE PROMO CODE I AM TRYING TO USE IS NOT WORKING; HOW DO I FIX THIS?

First time customers automatically receive a “Welcome Discount,” to use within the first 24 hours of setting up an account. That discount code should auto-populate in the “Add Promo Code or Discount” box at checkout. If the code does not appear automatically, you may enter the code manually.
