I ORDERED THE WRONG LUVBLOOMS HOW CAN I SWITCH BLOOMS?

To change LuvBlooms, you will have to cancel your order and place a new one with the LuvBlooms you prefer. To cancel your order, log into your LuvBlooms account HERE and follow the below steps.  

  1. Navigate to your order and select “Order Details” 
  2. If your order can be canceled, a Cancel button will be available to stop the order
  3. Your order will be canceled and refunded (please allow anywhere from 1-5 business days for the refund to process)
  4. Place a new order

We also suggest verifying the date you need your LuvBlooms delivered is still available.  Orders must be placed by 11am EST to be eligible for next day delivery.
